Getting Started Beginning with our initial meeting, we carefully listen to our client’s wishes and the requirements for the design of their new home or addition.
	Each design is to be as unique, transitional, traditional or classic style as its owner’s desire, to their specifications, not ours. A detailed proposal and estimate will be prepared following our initial meeting and upon receipt of the signed agreement and the retaining fee, the project will be scheduled. First we perform preliminary site work and space planning studies to meet the client’s objectivities, then the design process begin. The complete structural system including framing and masonry coursing is created as the design is developed, not as an afterthought.
It is during the design process that most construction savings will be realized. Construction waste, space utilization and efficiency of design are foremost. Upon completion and approval of the conceptual design with revisions if required, detailed working drawings, specifications and schedules are prepared. We offer a very broad range of “minimum permit plans” to extremely comprehensive detailed working drawings. Limited services may be provided during the construction process also. The specific requirements for each design project will be addressed during the initial meeting.
